The Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification manages the Utah Concealed Firearms Permit (CFP). You must possess a Maryland Wear & Carry Permit to apply for the Utah CFP. Non-resident fees are 63.25. Applicants must be 21 years of age for the standard permit. A photocopy of your state-issued driver’s license, photograph, Non-resident proof of permit, and a FBI fingerprint card (FD-258) must accompany your application. The minimum training curriculum requirements consist of at least four hours of classroom. There is a requirement to shoot for each applicant.
